Imported PUR polyurethane outer jacket resists welding spatter splashes, cutting fluid immersion and dust abrasion. Double-layer tinned copper shielding with coverage ≥88% eliminates servo signal interference to guarantee drift-free positioning accuracy.
Optional integrated power + encoder hybrid cables. Single cable integrates power supply, feedback and communication circuits to simplify internal robot wiring, reduce mechanical load weight and accelerate motion response speed.
Passed full TUV tests for drag chain, torsion, salt spray and aging, complete UL/CE/RoHS certifications. Wide temperature range of -35℃~90℃, applicable to high-temperature welding workshops and dust-free semiconductor production lines.
