Longzhiyi Cable Polymer New Materials Division focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) modified materials for wires and cables. We do not engage in generalized "material trading"; instead, we concentrate on the main channel of PVC, integrating formulations, processes, and cable extrusion scenarios to provide stable, compliant, and customizable material solutions for insulation and sheathing.
PVC is one of the most widely used and complex matrices in the cable industry. Our positioning is clear: to deepen and master PVC modification, enabling cable manufacturers to reduce machine adjustments, scrap rates, and risks at the extrusion end.
Focusing on plasticization, stabilization, flame retardancy, filling, and functional modification of the polyvinyl chloride system, we avoid generalized "do-it-all" modifications; all technical accumulation is deposited on the single mainline of PVC.
From internal mixing and plasticization to extrusion granulation, and then to actual extrusion at cable factories, the entire process takes extrusion processability, surface condition, and batch consistency as design constraints, rather than pursuing laboratory indicators in isolation.
System design is premised on environmental compliance, phasing out lead salt stabilizers, fully aligning with calcium-zinc composite systems and RoHS, REACH requirements, supporting export and high-end cable applications.
Joint development with customers from performance targets, color numbers to extrusion process windows; materials are not "optional" standard products, but forward-designed around customer cabling needs.
The essence of PVC modification is the rebalancing of "performance, cost, and processability". With six independently adjustable technical levers, we precisely match the operating requirements of different cables.
Determines the long-term service temperature and processing safety window
Control flame spread and smoke emission while maintaining flexibility
Solve the problems of sheath cracking and bending hardening in cold environments
For long-term oil resistance requirements of equipment cables, automotive wires, and industrial environments
Ensure the dielectric and volume resistance stability of insulation grade materials
Make materials withstand outdoor exposure and also smooth extruded surface and consistent finish
Every modified PVC compound is the result of multiple components working in synergy. Our systematic formulation expertise enables effective technical communication with customers and rapid recipe adjustment to meet specific requirements.
Note: The above is a typical system illustration. Specific formulations are forward-designed based on target standards, temperature resistance grades, and customer processing windows, and do not constitute product commitments.
The following data reflect the design capabilities and common levels of our modified PVC, and do not represent guaranteed values for a specific grade. The final shall be subject to the technical agreement and actual test report confirmed by both parties.

* The above data are representative values (typical), not guaranteed values (guaranteed); different formulations and batches are allowed to fluctuate within the design range, subject to the factory inspection report.
Material consistency does not rely on "empirical feel", but on traceable processes and a closed-loop testing system. The division has a complete chain from formulation development, pilot testing to stable mass production.
Focusing on resin selection, plasticization/stabilization/flame retardant system construction and joint verification / co-development with customer, with forward design capability for formulations, rather than formula replication.
Internal mixing - twin-screw extrusion pelletizing process chain, combined with temperature zone, speed and filter screen filtration (100 mesh level) control, ensuring uniform plasticization and clean surface.
Covering key items such as tensile strength & elongation (IEC 60811), thermal aging, low temperature brittleness, oil resistance, oxygen index, volume resistivity, etc., supporting third-party testing and full standard verification.
Key raw material incoming inspection + batch sample retention traceability, factory full inspection, ensuring extrusion and performance consistency between different batches.
Batch fluctuation is the most invisible loss for cable factories. We minimize "minimize extruder re-setup across batches" through raw material standardization and lock the extrusion process window.
After laboratory sampling, it immediately enters the customer's extrusion condition reproduction verification to expose mass production risks such as die accumulation, uneven plasticization, and color difference in advance.
Mass production data flows back to R&D, forming a cycle of "application feedback - formula iteration - re-verification", allowing materials to evolve synchronously with customer processes.
From a technical communication to stable mass production supply, we make "customization" controllable, traceable, and mass-producible.
Clarify target boundaries such as standards, temperature resistance, flame retardancy, appearance, extrusion process, etc.
Formulation system selection, output technical suggestions and key performance indicators
Laboratory preparation of samples, completion of performance and durability pre-verification
Customer extrusion/cabling verification, joint optimization of processing window
Solidify formulation and process, batch quality control, stable supply
The entire process supports sample first and resident technical support. Key customers can cooperate with on-site debugging of extrusion temperature setting, screw speed matching and mold selection.
From building wires to industrial equipment cables, different working conditions correspond to different modification combinations. Our experience covers the following main application areas.
Whether you need to match specific standards, improve extrusion processability, or make breakthroughs in single performances such as oil resistance, low temperature resistance, flame retardancy and smoke suppression, we are willing to start with a technical communication.
