High-flexibility drag chain shielded cable

1. Employs multi-strand ultra-fine twisted oxygen-free copper wire cores with a special bundling process, resulting in cable flexibility far exceeding ordinary cables. It can withstand millions of reciprocating bends in cable chain systems without core breakage, perfectly adapting to high-frequency reciprocating motion automated equipment scenarios.


2. Uses modified industrial-grade oil-resistant, wear-resistant, acid and alkali-resistant, and oil-stain-resistant sheath materials, combined with a tight extrusion process. The cable exhibits excellent resistance to oil stains, wear, and tearing, remaining crack-free and delaminated even in harsh workshop environments with machine tool oil and metal shavings.


3. Employs a double-layer shielding structure of aluminum foil and tin-plated copper mesh, achieving a shielding coverage rate of over 90%. Effectively isolates strong electromagnetic interference from inverters, motors, etc., ensuring stable power supply and zero packet loss and delay in control signal and data transmission.


4. Strictly controls core tension and cabling pitch, with high-strength tensile fiber filling in the inner layer. The cable does not twist or unravel during long-term dragging and bending, significantly reducing equipment maintenance and replacement costs.
